Started yesterday 2013 edition of the World Series of Poker. On the first day threw up the first two-day tournament, Event # 1 - Casino Employees and Event # 2 - $ 5,000 NLHE 8-handed. The first being a tournament reserved for employees of casinos, in the second there were many familiar faces to be present.
Day 1 of Event # 2 featured a field of 481 players, including Phil Ivey, Erick Lindgren, Marvin Rettenmaier, Vanessa Selbst, Chino Rheem, Jonathan Duhamel, Jason Mercier, Daniel Negreanu, Antonio Esfandiari and Michael Phelps. After 8 game levels are still 194 players remaining.
